We pre-screen our healthcare staff experience, qualifications, references, right to work and criminal checked through Disclosure and Barring Service DBS.
Our staff are flexible to meet temporary nursing care needs to cover short and long term sickness, unplanned absences and staff shortage. We have a thorough recruitment process in place. Our therapeutic model promotes Person Centred Approach. Our staff receive training to manage clients with Challenging Behaviour
